Order Process

1. Phone us for an obligation free appointment to discuss a design for your gown. After many years in retail shop fronts we are now in a relaxed private studio which is great for our customers as they can come and see us days, evenings and weekends!
2. Once you have made an appointment you can come in armed with as many pictures and ideas as you like (or none) and try on some of our sample designs to see what styles suit you best.
3. From there we can advise on a design, help choose a suitable fabric from our many swatches of silks, satins, sheers and laces and make a sketch of the final design.
4. Next we will ring you with a complete costing including all fabrics and finishings, bearing in mind your budget aswell. If you decide to go ahead and have us make your gown we then arrange an appointment for you to come in and be measured, finalise your design and fabrics and pay a deposit.
5. We then work out an approximate fitting schedule involving 4-5 fittings over approx 2 months, although we have been known to run something up in a few weeks in an emergency.
